Why Brands Choose PAG USA

The supplement manufacturing partner built around your launch date

We are a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), not a broker. Formulation, blending, encapsulation, deposit, packaging and release testing all happen inside facilities we operate and audit — which is why our timelines hold.

FDA-Registered & Audit-Ready

Production runs under 21 CFR Part 111 and Part 117 with SQF Edition 9 and GMP certification. Batch records, allergen controls and retained samples are documented for retailer and marketplace audits.

90-Day Launch Discipline

Private label programs ship in 8–10 weeks; full custom formulation runs 12–16 weeks including accelerated stability. One project manager owns your timeline from brief to pallet.

MOQs Sized for Growth

Start at 6,000 units for gummies, 5,000 units for tablets, softgels and capsules, or 300 kg for powders — then scale to multi-container volumes on the same equipment and specifications.

Global Integrated System

Utah for US demand, an EU-GMP plant in the Netherlands for Europe, and Shenzhen for volume and raw material sourcing — one specification set across three continents.

Supplement contract manufacturing FAQs

The questions our sourcing and procurement contacts ask most often before a first production run.

MOQs start at 6,000 units for gummies, 5,000 units for tablets, softgels and hard capsules, and 300 kg for powders and stick packs. Pet nutrition begins at 300 kg for powders or 2,000 units for soft chews. These volumes are deliberately accessible so emerging DTC and marketplace brands can validate a SKU before committing to scale.

A private label program built on an existing base formula typically ships in 8 to 10 weeks. A fully custom formulation — including R&D, flavor and texture work, accelerated stability testing and the first production run — takes 12 to 16 weeks. That is how we deliver a market-ready finished product inside our 90-day commitment.

Manufacturing takes place in an FDA-registered facility operating under 21 CFR Part 111 (dietary supplement cGMP) and 21 CFR Part 117 (preventive controls for human food), with GMP and SQF Edition 9 certification. Halal, Kosher and USDA Organic handling programs are available on request. Certificate copies are shared under NDA during supplier qualification. FDA registration does not constitute FDA approval or endorsement of any product.

Each batch is released with a Certificate of Analysis covering identity, potency, heavy metals and microbiology, plus batch production records, raw material specifications, allergen statements and retained samples. The documentation package is structured to satisfy marketplace compliance reviews, retailer onboarding and third-party audits.

Yes. We routinely accept technology transfers of validated formulas. Our team reviews the bill of materials, sources or qualifies equivalent raw materials, runs a pilot batch for comparability, and documents the process so your finished product remains consistent with prior production while gaining our US capacity and lead times.

We handle primary and secondary packaging — bottles, pouches, stick packs, jars, blisters and unit cartons — including induction sealing, lot coding and shrink banding. Label artwork is reviewed for Supplement Facts formatting and claim structure, and finished pallets ship directly to your 3PL, Amazon fulfillment center or brand warehouse.
