PAG Pharmatech America is seeking a tech-enabled, data-driven Sales Representative to expand our B2B dietary supplement contract manufacturing portfolio across North America and international markets.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Generate and qualify B2B leads across dietary supplement brand owners, Amazon sellers, DTC companies, and international distributors.
  • Consult with procurement managers to align dosage form specifications (gummies, powders, tablets, softgels, capsules, pet nutrition) with target MOQs and commercial lead times.
  • Collaborate with internal R&D, QA, and cost accounting teams to issue technical quotations and master supply agreements.
  • Maintain customer relationship data and build long-term account growth through product reorders and line extensions.
Supply Chain & Procurement

Purchasing Agent / Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage active ingredient procurement, packaging inventory, supplier qualification, and cGMP compliance documentation.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Source USP/FCC grade vitamins, minerals, botanical extracts, and packaging materials from qualified suppliers.
  • Review Certificates of Analysis (COA), allergen documentation, SDS, and specification sheets to ensure alignment with FDA 21 CFR Part 111 standards.
  • Maintain master inventory pricing, issue purchase orders, and coordinate logistics to maintain 8-12 week production schedules.
  • Perform vendor audits and manage dual-sourcing strategies to protect production continuity against supply interruptions.
